- Hi! My name is Suzy and I'm a single mum to a teenage son and toddler daughter(!), living in a pretty village in Derbyshire. I teach infant children at the local primary school. When I'm not working there, preparing something for there, running my son around (his social life is massive right now!) or following my daughter around at various toddler groups (any excuse to go in the ball pit!) I like to tinker about making bits and bobs of jewellery. I've always loved taking things apart and redoing them differently, and my jewellery shows that. A lot of what I make has at least one element that used to be something else - from beads from a vintage necklace to copper from bathroom piping!
